Terms & Conditions

1. Client Responsibility

The client is required to inform QK Wellness Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) of any and all medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, or other factors that may affect their ability to participate in training, coaching, or follow prescribed plans. By entering into this agreement, the client confirms that all relevant information has been disclosed to the best of their knowledge.

2. Agreement Acknowledgement

By signing or accepting this agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Commitment

By enrolling in our services, the client is committing to their health and wellbeing. The client agrees to:
  • Follow all instructions and guidance provided
  • Provide regular and honest feedback
  • Communicate any difficulties or required adjustments
To achieve optimal results, the client agrees to adhere strictly to the plans provided unless formally amended by us.

4. Term

  • The minimum contract term is 3 months
  • The agreement becomes effective from the date of signing
  • The contract will automatically renew every 3 months unless terminated with proper notice

5. Payment

  • Payments may be made:
    • In full (upfront), or
    • Via agreed monthly instalments
  • Payment terms are finalized prior to entering this agreement
  • All payments must be made before the start of services, unless otherwise agreed

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Unused sessions, plans, or services will not be refunded under any circumstances once payment has been made.

7. Indemnity

The client acknowledges that participation in fitness and wellness programs involves inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms, the client:
  • Accepts full responsibility for their participation
  • Agrees not to hold QK Wellness Lab liable for any injuries, illnesses, or health issues arising from training or program participation

8. Termination

  • Termination of this agreement requires a minimum notice period of one (1) month
  • Notice must be provided in writing
  • Services will continue during the notice period, and applicable fees remain payable
